I LOST 30lb And Feel AWESOME!

This is the post I did on Facebook on 30th May 2017, having chosen a year earlier that at 50 It was about time I got my body into shape, the first phase was to loss the flab and sustain that.

I'd lost lots and got stuck for a while and started to go back up, so in May after attending a Tony Robbins event ( and walking on hot coals - FIRE WALKER ! ] I chose again to GO FOR IT and this was my post.....

I continue now into June and beyond to lose more fat and then gain MUSCLE and GUNS! 🙂

Penultimate day of month check in; I've kept to the majority and down 4 kg (14kg in last year) and I don't miss what I've given up (apart from bullet coffee ) and I'm loving experimenting with different dishes I've become a homemade vegetable curry lover

For May I promised;
-Walk at least 20 minutes a day
-20 press ups a day
-Ride horse 5 times a week
-Drink a glass of water every two hours when awake
-cleanse ( lots of water, lots of Good fruit and Veg with low toxins ) every day for May
- No red meat in May
- meditation x2 a day
- breathe right ( belly out as air in )
- exercise using body resistance daily
- raise heart beat to fat burn rate during walk
- no alcohol for May
- be joyous
- no cake, bread, crisps, chips, bad fat
- no dairy
- assume my body is 26 and fit and repairs overnight ( did with left knee and now no pain

For June I'm carrying on with all these and adding back in my bullet coffee at breakfast because it fills me up and I like it

During June the will be and I'll continue to tone up so the muscles definition of 26 returns to this 51 body..... free weights daily, walks and stretching exercise.
